Privacy policy
What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and who else sees it.
We are Urmas Fookus OÜ, Puhkekodu tee 7, 12013 Tallinn, Estonia. You can reach us at hello@urmasfocus.com.
This site sells nothing, so there is no order, no payment and no delivery address. What follows is the whole of what we do with personal data through this website.
Visiting the site
Our hosting provider records the usual server log entries: the request, the time, the page, the referring page, the browser and a shortened IP address. That is necessary to serve the site and to keep it working, and it is kept for a short period and then deleted.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a website that works (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies and measurement
One entry is stored in your browser to remember your cookie choice. It is not shared with anyone and it is what stops the banner asking you again.
We would also like to count how many people follow a link from this site to Amazon, and which pages they follow it from. That is not necessary to run the site, so nothing of the kind loads unless you agree, and Reject all is exactly as easy as Accept all. You can change your answer at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25 TDDDG). You may withdraw it at any time, with effect for the future.
If you write to us
There is no form on this site and no newsletter. Every route to us is an email address, so what we hold is the message you sent and the address you sent it from.
For a trade enquiry that will usually include the commercial details you choose to give us: the institution or company, the delivery address, the VAT number, the purchase order reference. A quotation cannot be written without them.
We keep an enquiry for as long as the conversation is live, and afterwards for as long as commercial or tax law requires us to keep the record.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Links to Amazon
Every buy button on this site opens Amazon. Once you are there you are on Amazon's website, subject to Amazon's privacy notice, and we have no access to what you do or buy.
We do not receive your name, your address or your order from Amazon.
Who else sees your data
Our hosting provider, and the provider that carries our email. Each acts only on our instructions under a data processing agreement.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anybody else's advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and ask for your data in a portable form. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In Estonia that is the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, or the authority where you live or work.
